Despite the page currently displaying only the project’s logo, it’s already garnered over 35,000 followers, with a corresponding website in the works, confirmed as legitimate by a spokesperson for British Vogue.

Critics, however, have been quick to react to Markle’s announcement, juxtaposing it with the King’s illness and Middleton’s absence, labeling it as ill-timed. The application for “American Riviera Orchard” was filed on February 2, 2024, according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, encompassing various lifestyle products and edible goods.
