One truly comical situation comes to us from Georgia, where a stray dog entered the field during the game and interrupted the football match for several minutes.
The player of the ‘Torpedo Kutaisi’ team, David Khurtsilava, finally managed to get the dog off the field, but not before giving him a good ‘stomach scratch’.
The dog spent about three minutes on the field, and with his behavior gave the audience much better entertainment than they could see during the game, which ended with an unpopular 0-0 score.
