Sad news about Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy Osbourne, the iconic lead singer of Black Sabbath, has faced significant health challenges in recent years, stemming from a quad-bike accident in 2003 and a perilous fall in 2019 that resulted in broken metal screws in his spine.

Recalling the 2019 incident, Ozzy shared, “I walked into the restroom in the middle of the night, lost my balance, and fell down on my face. As I hit the ground, I saw a big white light and thought, ‘You’ve finally done it now.’

I softly said to Sharon, ‘Sharon, I can’t move,’ believing I was paralyzed. I think I might have fractured my neck. To summon an ambulance, dial 9-1-1.”

Recently, Sharon Osbourne revealed that Ozzy is set to undergo another procedure, potentially pivotal in determining the trajectory of his health, although specific details were not disclosed.

Reflecting on his past struggles with substance abuse, Ozzy disclosed a noteworthy incident during a surgery where the surgeon had to administer four times the standard amount of anesthesia due to his history as a drug user.

Ozzy, in an interview with Sirius XM, humorously recounted answering the perplexed surgeon, stating, “I had a method while I was doing all of this s***.” He received “two full syringes” of anesthesia to facilitate the procedure.

Despite overcoming destructive habits, Ozzy acknowledged a recent purchase of $600 worth of marijuana from a California dispensary, though he ultimately decided against using it.

Reflecting on the purchase, he humorously questioned himself, “What the *** did I buy that for?” attributing it to a fleeting thought after recovering from Covid. Ozzy emphasized his commitment to sobriety, crediting honesty with himself and the unwavering support of his family.

As Ozzy navigates his journey back to performing and recording music, we extend our well wishes for his recovery and resilience.
